The third owner purchased it in 2019 and kept it for almost seven years, driving only about 1,977 miles per year according to CARFAX. NEW FRONT BRAKES Our inspection found the front brake pads down to approximately 2mm. We didn't leave them that way. We installed: New NAPA Silent Guard front brake pads Two new NAPA front brake rotors That brake repair totaled $333.19. FOUR ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION MOUNTS ADDRESSED The inspection also found torn engine mounts. Rather than leave the vibration and movement for the next owner, we replaced the front and right-side engine mounts, followed by the rear engine mount and transmission mount. That's the kind of repair that doesn't make a vehicle look any better in photos, but it makes a big difference in how it feels and drives. HVAC SYSTEM REPAIRS Our inspection found several problems with the HVAC blend/mode door operation, including an inoperative driver temperature motor and problems selecting between face and floor vents. We repaired the HVAC system with new actuator components rather than ignoring the issue. The work order documents replacement of the front HVAC door actuator assembly and additional HVAC door motor labor. Again, that's the kind of issue we'd rather fix before sale than have a customer discover after they take the van home. NEW BATTERY Battery testing showed the existing battery was from 2019 and tested at only 539 of 1,000 CCA, so we replaced it with a new NAPA Legend Professional battery. TIRES AND TPMS The inspection showed the van needed two tires and had a TPMS concern. We installed two new Advanta HPZ-02 tires and replaced all four TPMS sensors, rather than replacing only one aging sensor and waiting for the others to fail later. CARFAX also shows anoth
