2012 Aston Martin Rapide Base

This 2012 Aston Martin Rapide is finished in Stratus White over Sandstorm leather and was optioned with rear entertainment screens, heated and ventilated front and rear seats, mahogany wood trim, and black 20 wheels with diamond-turned accents. Power is provided by a 5.9-liter V12 linked to a six-speed Touchtronic 2 automatic transaxle. Other equipment includes a Bang & Olufsen BeoSound audio system, an Adaptive Damping System, swan-style doors, and a fold-away infotainment screen with navigation.

The Rapide was built on a stretched version of Aston Martins VH platform and features an aluminum and composite body. This example is finished in Stratus White with a horizontally split grille with bright vanes as well as louvered hood vents, parking sensors, clear taillights with Magnum Silver finishers, and body-side strakes with integrated LED indicators. Stone chips are visible on the nose.

Black-finished 20 multi-spoke alloy wheels have diamond-turned accents and were mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires in the fall of 2025, according to the seller. Stopping power is provided by black-finished Aston Martin-branded calipers over slotted discs at each corner. A three-stage Adaptive Damping System (ADS) with three selectable drive modes was equipped as standard.

Sandstorm leather covers the heated and ventilated power-adjustable front seating surfaces. Bitter Chocolate stitching adorns the seats, two-tone leather trims the dashboard, brown carpets line the floors, and mahogany wood accents the dash and doors. The interior is further appointed with a Bang & Olufsen BeoSound audio system, a back-up camera, a contemporary headliner, and a dash-mounted fold-away infotainment screen with navigation.

Entertainment screens are mounted ahead of the heated and ventilated twin rear seats, and rear-cabin climate controls and cupholders are located in the rear center console.

Two-tone leather trims the steering wheel, and instrumentation comprises a 220-mph speedometer, a reverse-sweep 8k-rpm tachometer, auxiliary gauges, and twin digital displays.

The 5.9-liter DOHC V12 was factory rated at 470 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque. Serpentine belt replacement is noted in the Carfax report in June 2025, and the hood struts were reportedly replaced in the fall of 2025.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through an alloy torque tube with a carbon-fiber prop shaft, which is linked to a six-speed Touchtronic 2 automatic transaxle and a limited-slip differential.

The window sticker notes initial delivery to Aston Martin of Scottsdale in Arizona and lists factory equipment, colors, options, and a total suggested retail price of $233,420. An Emotion Control Unit glass key fob and a stamped service booklet will also accompany the car.
