Combined system output reaches 187 horsepower. Power is managed by an Electronically Controlled Continuously Variable Transmission (ECVT) with sequential shift modes. Drive torque is sent exclusively to the front wheels (FWD). Supported by an independent MacPherson strut front suspension and a double-wishbone rear setup, along with 4-wheel regenerative disc brakes with ABS, the HS 250h accelerates from 0 to 60 MPH in 8.4 seconds on its way to an electronically limited top speed of 112 MPH.
