The 2006 model year marked the end of the modern Pontiac GTO.
Underneath its understated body is GM’s legendary 6.0-liter LS2 V8 producing 400 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque. Rear-wheel drive, independent suspension and serious V8 performance made the GTO one of the great American performance cars of the 2000s.
What makes this particular example stand apart, however, is its combination of mileage, ownership history and specification.
The original owner kept this GTO for more than 17 years, averaging fewer than 800 miles annually. Today, the car remains below 15,000 miles.
Cyclone Gray Metallic is also a fantastic GTO color. Depending on the lighting, the finish can transition between gray, blue and subtle green tones and looks especially striking in direct sunlight.
