This Sunseeker spent most of its life in California and was brought to Pennsylvania last year. Because of that history, it has not spent twenty years underneath Pennsylvania road salt. However, the California sunshine took its toll on the exterior. The fiberglass finish is heavily chalked and oxidized, and the original graphics are faded, cracked and sunbaked. It is not a freshly detailed or cosmetically restored motorhome. It is built on the heavy-duty Ford E-450 Super Duty chassis and powered by the proven 6.8L Triton V10 gasoline engine. It starts, runs and drives great. The automatic transmission shifts properly during our drive, and the odometer shows only 26,440 miles. The motorhome is approximately 31 feet long and features the desirable 3100SS floorplan with a large power slide. The slide operates properly and opens up a substantial amount of interior living space. Interior features include: - Rear walk-around queen bedroom - Large living-room slide - Booth dinette - Sleeper sofa - Cab-over sleeping area - Full kitchen - Refrigerator - Three-burner range - Microwave - Private bathroom - Separate shower - Roof air conditioning - Furnace - Water heater - Onboard generator - Exterior storage compartments - Patio awning - Rear ladder - Trailer hitch The generator starts and runs. The tires appear to have good tread, but buyers should inspect the tire manufacture dates and condition for themselves due to the age and intended use of the vehicle. We could not get the roof air conditioner to turn on. We have not diagnosed the problem. We do not know whether it needs a control, thermostat, electrical repair, service work or replacement. It should be considered nonoperational unless the buyer determines otherwise. The motorhome has not been through our normal mechanical or RV service process. The house systems, appliances, plumbing, holding tanks, furnace, refrigerator, water heater and other camper equipment have not been fully inspected or guaranteed. We strongly encourage buyers to inspect and test every system that matters to them before purchasing. There are visible exterior cosmetic imperfections, weathered graphics, oxidation and an unfinished or temporary repair on the lower exterior side. It is a twenty-year-old motorhome and it is not being represented as restored, flawless or ready for a cross-country trip without inspection and preparation. It is not currently Pennsylvania inspected. We could spend weeks servicing it, restoring the exterior, troubleshooting every camper system and then advertise it in the mid-$20,000 range.
