Only 705 had Parchment Vinyl seats. Only 325 were quipped with 3.50 limited slip rear axels Only 83 of them came with body side moldings. Only 12 were produced with Reduced Noise Exhaust Systems Only 4 had G78X15 B Black Sidewall tires. Only 3 were ordered with Skid Plates Only 2 came with Right Hand Passenger seats U15GLC87734 has all of these features! This is a true One Owner frame off restoration done by Rhino Linings 4 Yuma explicitly for the SEMA RHINO LININGS SHOW BOOTH! I stripped this Bronco down to nothing literally and Ive got all the pics to prove every step of the way. After stripping it down I personally sand blasted every panel, the body, frame, subframe and every thing I believed was worth refurbishing. I took the frame over to Off Road Buggy Supply along with all the suspension components, leaf springs , axels and every part I was going to reuse for this rebuild. I took the motor part down to the block had the block honed polished, ported, balanced the crank shaft, bought a mildly bigger cam, all new internals, pistons, lifters, rockers, rings, rods, rod bearings etc., and installed it all new, bought new Edelbrock polished carburetor, brand new polished intake, new polished water pump, polished alternator, etc I painted the block in Hot Rod black, sand blasted and painted the valve covers and the oil pan to match the exterior unique original paint color. I rebuilt the original C4 transmission and transfer case with all new internals, gaskets, gears etc.. I had it towed to Robert at Yuma driveline and had him install and balance a brand new drive line for me. Then I towed it to Economy Muffler and installed a stainless steal dual pipe custom exhaust system. I then sand blasted the body upside down and inside out. After this cleaned all the metal up and primed it then rotisserie Rhino Lined the entire body except the exterior paint. After this I Rhino lined the entire engine compartment, firewall and underside too. We then textured everything to perfection so it all blended it like a show vehicle should. After this I had to prep the body, fenders, doors, windshield, windshield frames etc. for paint. After weeks of prep we were able to borrow a paint booth from Yuma Auto Rebuilders to paint the vehicle but only on weekends so it took us a few weekends to get it all done. Working from Friday after 4 till Monday at 7am for 3 weeks straight before she was show ready paint! We have spent over $120,000.00 in parts, accessories, we have 2300 man hours in labor , etc. and we have every single receipt to prove it. Rhino Linings 4 Yuma has over 2300 hours in this build alone not including the outside vendors that helped with all the other stuff. It would cos about $420-$500k to build one to this caliber! 1 of 2 and you get to meet Cheryl the orignal owner who purchased her in 1976 off the showroom floor in Sandiego California just before she moved to Yuma Az. I shared a pic of us together stanndingbin front of the Bronco! It can be seen at the Las Vegas SEMA SHOW in the RHINO LININGS BOOTH FROM MONDAY NOVEMBER 3rd to Friday the 7th 2025! Whos gonna end up with this once in a lifetime, one owner, all matching numbers build? The Worlds toughest Bronco!!! Built to outlast generations to come!!! WHERE CLASSIC MEETS TOUGH!!!
