Overview & Highlights Engine: Rebuilt 1.8-Liter Inline-Four equipped with 0.060″ oversize pistons, polished crankshaft, balanced rotating assembly, overhauled dual SU carburetors, K&N open-element air filters, electronic ignition, and an upgraded high-torque starter motor. Cooling: Aluminum radiator, replacement water pump, coolant hoses, and oil cooler lines. Transmission: 4-speed manual with replacement clutch master and slave cylinders. Suspension & Steering: Refreshed front/rear suspension featuring new tie rod ends, lower A-arm bushings, sway bar bushings, shocks, cradle pads, and rear spring bushings/pads. Re-lubricated steering rack. Brakes: Fully overhauled brake system including replacement calipers, pads, rear shoes, wheel cylinders, master cylinder, and parking brake cable. Wheels & Tires: 14″ wire wheels with knock-off hubs mounted on General tires. Undercarriage: Scraped, sandblasted, and treated with protective anti-rust coating. Exterior & Interior Exterior: Repainted in factory-correct Blue Royale with pristine paint finish throughout. Refurbished brightwork including replacement bumpers, signal light assemblies, and side-marker lights.
