1968 is part of the fifth generation of the Ford Thunderbird personal performance luxury car series. A new design that was radically different from previous Thunderbirds. The 429 ci engine made the '68 some of the fastest Thunderbirds ever produced. The Thunder Jet produces around 360 horsepower and nearly 500 lb-ft torque, making it a potent muscle car of the 1960's. The Thunderbird has had a fresh tune up and is ready for any road trip.
