Recent maintenance includes a new distributor, new ignition wires, a new fan clutch, and a new battery. An aftermarket electronic ignition system was installed but began to fail shortly after our photography session, so it was replaced with a conventional ignition system that has proven reliable and operates as intended. Power is routed through Chrysler's legendary TorqueFlite automatic transmission, which shifts smoothly through each gear.
